The Challenge:
"Modernising mission-critical workflows for winemakers and cellar-hands by replacing legacy paper-based systems with a high-performance mobile experience. The objective was to design a robust data-collection tool that could function reliably in demanding, on-site winery environments.

The Strategy:
Identifying the highest-value core utilities from the existing platform to create a lean, scalable mobile architecture. We focused on a phased integration strategy, ensuring the new mobile experience remained perfectly synced with the broader ecosystem as backend systems were modernised in parallel.

The Outcome:
A dual-platform mobile solution that delivers real-time data capture across the end-to-end winemaking process. By digitising field operations, we eliminated manual entry bottlenecks and provided office teams with instant visibility into live production data, significantly increasing operational throughput.
