Research all current frameworks and architecture for the Appen gig platform. Develop a user testing pipeline. Design a new greenfield app to bring together fragmented systems.

The Challenge:
Transforming an outdated platform on an older stack towards a more refined and easier to use platform.

The Strategy:
Stakeholder research, look into current systems and frameworks, research and understand the product, deploy a new plan to run by stakeholders

The Outcome:
We successfully aligned the core parts of the platform through stakeholder engagement and by collecting data on the community and better tailoring the experience to them. The entire platform was overhauled and deployed within 6 months after being where it had been at for 5+ years. I also orchestrated a user testing platform to feed into the current gig economy putting testing up as a gig that poeple can earn by contributing to user testing.
